![]() Vij Randeniya OBE The Chief Fire Officer of the West Midlands Fire Service formally open the event and welcomed all the guests speakers and the representatives of organisations to the launch of the Societal Unity Campaign. ![]() Cllr Ch Abdul Rashid JP The former Lord Mayor of Birmingham attended for the start of the conference as he was deputising for the Lord Mayor at another event across the city. Cllr Rashid is of course a longstanding friend of the Founder of the MRB Foundation and inspite of his busy schedule, he was very keen to be at the launch of one of the Foundation's major initiatives. ![]() Clare Short Former Secretary of State for Development and Cabinet Minister.
